Re(reading)

Hello 🙂 How are we this April? It is not the cruelest month but it might as well be because of the heat wave we have been witnessing here. The heat is mindboggling in its intensity so I am staying indoors as much as I can and browsing my book shelves for some much needed escape. You know there are books you buy a physical copy of after you have read them digitally or after you have finished listening to them? You think, oh yes, this would be amazing to read from a paperback. (I will annotate it to my heart’s content.) Zoe Heller’s Notes on a Scandal belongs to that era, and I have slowly been collecting (for the lack of a better word) books I have read as a newly minted adult but would love to experience now as a real grownup, in a format I’m most comfortable with.
